Founded in Etobicoke in 2009 with one van and a rule we still run on: quote it honestly, fix it properly, clean up after yourself.
Our story
Fifteen years, three depots, one standard
We started because the founder spent a decade working for companies that paid technicians commission on what they sold, not on what they fixed. That model produces exactly what you would expect: replacements that should have been repairs, and quotes that grow once the water is off.
So we do it differently. Our techs are salaried. Nobody earns more by upselling you a water heater. The flat rate is set before the visit and it does not move. If the job turns out to be smaller than expected, the price comes down.
Today we run trucks out of Etobicoke, North York and Mississauga, we have finished over twelve thousand jobs across the GTA, and roughly two in three calls now come from a past customer or someone they sent us.

They cost us jobs sometimes. We keep them anyway.
Salaried technicians
No commission, no sales targets, no incentive to replace something that could be repaired. Our techs are paid the same either way.
Repair before replace
If a $200 repair will hold for years we will tell you, even when a $2,000 replacement is sitting in the truck.
Honest arrival windows
We would rather tell you Thursday afternoon and be there than promise this morning and turn up at six.
Leave it clean
Boot covers on, drop sheets down, debris out. Your house should look untouched except for the thing that now works.
Credentials
Licensed, insured, and happy to prove it
Ask any plumber for these before you let them touch your house. Any legitimate company will send them within the hour.
- Ontario plumbing contractor licence — held by the company, verifiable with the province.
- Licensed journeymen (306A) on every job; apprentices work only under direct supervision.
- $2,000,000 general liability insurance — certificate available on request.
- WSIB coverage in good standing for every technician on your property.
- Gas technician (G2/G3) certification for water heater and gas line work.
- Background-checked staff, uniformed, in marked vehicles, with photo ID.
Want the paperwork first?
Ask the dispatcher and we will email the licence, the insurance certificate and the WSIB clearance before the technician leaves the depot. No one should have to take that on trust.
